Hi @NextDNS,
I've emailed sales and billing@nextdns.io for a prorated refund on my annual plan and received no response in a week. Any tips for how to reach someone?

I've been trying to reach them as well with no luck here,r Reddit or billing@nextdns.io. All I want to do is pay for another year. The system takes my card says it will charge it that day but doesn't as far as I can see and then reverts back to my expired date on my account. I really like NextDNS, they have worked really well for me for the past year and a half.

It's been 7 months since I first opened this thread and I felt it was important to revive this thread, so everyone knows this is very much a DEAD product with 0 support.
