Refund

Hi @NextDNS,

I've emailed sales and billing@nextdns.io for a prorated refund on my annual plan and received no response in a week. Any tips for how to reach someone?

      Because I was getting SERVFAIL randomly and there's no support available anymore. This is an abandoned service. It's good if you have no issues, but if you run into issues, you're completely out of luck.

      I've switched to a competing service that offers support.

       controld, and it's been great so far. They have a month long free trial to test them out. UI isn't my favorite, but functionality and speed is the same, and their support is amazing.

      EntropyReservoir In this example, they gave you 1/6th of the food and the remainder was missing as it stopped working for me. Maybe consider how you're contributing to this conversation before replying?

       Yep, I think this thread is useful as a persistent reminder that no one should begin to use this service. It's highly unlikely that anyone will ever bother giving a refund at this point.

    I've been trying to reach them as well with no luck here,r Reddit or billing@nextdns.io. All I want to do is pay for another year. The system takes my card says it will charge it that day but doesn't as far as I can see and then reverts back to my expired date on my account. I really like NextDNS, they have worked really well for me for the past year and a half.
