Allowlist is not working properly
I blocked TLD but, added the specific website to allowlist but the website still get blocked although in nextdns logs shows it was allowed but in reality the website doesn't open.

Maybe you should look for a different website, this one sucks, it is full of trackers. Or you can use a different browser with a different DNS setting and some VPN just for websites like this one. It is blocked by Brave, this trackers are being asked:
After this I gave up on it, it's poison, even if you allow the first trackers it ask for more and more... It doesn't open if you block the trackers.

But, still the website should be allowed it's not normal behavior to be in the allowlist and get blacklisted and the support non existing they don't care I don't know why.

The website wasn't blocked anyway. The problem was this:
ww1.streamdb.info→ 9145.searchmagnified.com | Blocked by HaGeZi - Multi PRO and NextDNS Ads & Trackers Blocklist.
It redirects you. Once added to the Allowlist it is not blocked by NextDNS. The website is blocking you because you are blocking the trackers and the adds. Some websites do this and people should stop using them.
You should learn a little bit how this works before making accusations and expecting support for a non existing problem.
