No matter what i do, i can't see identified logs of my Sony Bravia TV!

I did everything, still nothing. I see all the logs of my Sony Bravia ( A80J ) as unidentified.

settings put global private dns specifier 123456.dns.nextdns.io

doesn't work , although test show it works.

If i put device name before, it causes a loop and i don't have internet

test nextdns on TV show unknown-dot , status ok,  protocol DOT.

Every other device is working as intended like my computer, tablet and phones.

I have set windows dns as 127.0.0.1    and Local DNS Server as my local ip, if it matters at all. But i have also tried 192.168.1.1 still nothing.

Also i have my BRAVIA on Static DHCP - Home Network, still nothing.

I see two types of logs for my TV, both unidentified. One with linked IP without the lock and one with lock ( DNS over TLS ) with an ip6 address.

I have a speedport plus 2 router, can't run scripts or executables and i have nextdns.exe installed on my windows pc.

Lastly, i use Deco M4 as access point and i have router wifi disabled.

Do you have any idea??

Maybe on the TV they have a limit on the length of a private DNS hostname for some reason? Don't know... maybe try a short device name, like

    TV-xxxxxx.dns.nextdns.io

    and see if that works.
