Whitelisted domain still blocked

Hi

I use Nexdns on a Uiquity UDM Pro, and I have a strange situation. leroymerlin.ro and dedeman.ro is blocked even if it is whitelisted (the affiliate domains too).

I tried everyting, I disabled all the check on Security tab, I removed all the adblock filters in Privacy, I even disabled the parental control settings but nothing works. I had to disable the Nextdns service from the router itself. I tried it on an another router, another location (microtik)  and all works good, none of the domains ar blocked with the same setting, filters. 

I am out of ideeas, can you give me a guide?

    Logs are your friend.  Probably need to learn how to flush dns cache too

       I whitelisted everyting related(even if it is not blocked). The dns cache is flushed on the router trough ssh, but none of the works. The only thing is working is disableing Nexdns in router, and everything is working almost instantly. So I dont't think the problem is on my side.

       do the logs show the two allow list entries as being resolved?  If so, do the IPs match what you see with NextDNS disabled ?

      I find this tool to be very helpful for comparing DNS queries from different resolvers and you can add your specific NextDNS resolver to the list https://dnschecker.org

    Only rewrite overrides whitelist
