Dashboard cannot be opened in Firefox

Hello,

I've visited my NextDNS dashboard routinely on Firefox since I started using it, with my last successful visit five days ago. When I attempted to visit today,  I tried earlier today, though, and just received a brief message flashing, "Network Error GET /accounts/@me". To determine if there was some kind of systemic issue, I visited using Chrome, and had no such issue. After chasing this for a bit, it appears that it boils down to the network error, "CORS No Allow Credentials".

Every solution I've seen for similar errors online has boiled down to folks experiencing it, and then solving it, on the site side, rather than the user side. The very few possible solutions on the user side, I've tried (like double-checking all the network settings, changing Firefox settings, and installing the site certificate), and all to no avail.

Now, I'm not a software or network guy, but was sufficiently competent at following directions to get NextDNS working in the first place. It does appear that NextDNS is working as intended, so this isn't critical, but I loathe the idea of being compelled to use a different browser just to visit a relatively important site. Has anyone encountered this error? Has anyone managed to circumvent it? Thanks.

Regards,

Daniel

Hi, On Frefox go to Help==>Troubleshooting mode==>restart and try to log in with your credentials to the interface https://my.nextdns.io/login . If the page opens one of the Firefox extensions is the cause.
