Blocked sites even though I removed from blocked list

I used to have NextDNS and used it to block certain websites. However I removed them from my blocked list and most work as normal but one is still completely blurred out. Ive tried turning off my dns server, switching it to automatic etc. Ive tried deleting my account and still no luck. I dont know if this is a bug thats permanently blocked the site but I dont know what to do.
