Absolutely a joke of a system

I have been trying to connect for months regarding a billing issue, but there has been no response. I have sent many emails as well, but there is no response. I even messaged them on LinkedIn. They should at least provide support for billing issues.  When you provide a service by taking a fee, you must provide support.
