Invalid IP being returned by NextDNS

We have for many weeks seen that www.ohioforest.org on NextDNS resolves to an IP which is different from every other DNS resolver: 24.140.221.181. This makes the site inaccessible.

The valid and current IPs for this domain can be seen here:
https://dnschecker.org/#A/www.ohioforest.org

How does this get fixed?

I checked last night and I did not see any problem with the domain. IP returned starts with 35.xxx.xxx.xxx

I did another test just now and the NextDNS logs clearly show the wrong address. Why is there a discrepancy between your results and my results?

It is the IP address of your device that is querying DNS, it is not the IP address of the DNS record.

Oh, that is not what I expected a log to mean. Thank you for that.

As it turns out the link in the mail to www.OhioForest.org is not actually a link to the site. It is a link to a tracker which is being blocked. When we enter www.OhioForst.org manually then it loads ok.

Thank you for helping us clear this up!

It's possible that the link in the email you received contains a tracker - used to track clicks in the email. To access it, turn on the Allow Affiliate & Tracking Links feature in the Privacy tab.
