Subscribtion Error (money paid, but no subscribtion)

I'm using for many years NextDNS free version. In 2022 i bought for 2 months and then after i had started  to use free version again. Normally free version is enough for me, but i want to support NextDNS so i decided to make a new subscribtion again. 

This month (25th of March) I made a monthly subscribtion, but then after i got an e-mail which says "your subscribtion is ended". I checked my subscribtion, yes it's ended. Because my paid is accepted for a month in 2022. Why? I'm paying for this month but no warning, they

    Similar case for me!  Subscribed yearly 2022 and 2023 then used Unifi ad block. Now switched back, paid yearly and it extended the subscription from 2023 one year, which of course expired immediately.

    Automated reply from support@nextdns.io, but no reply from billing@..., sales@... for several days now. Extremely annoying and very rude of NextDNS! They need to take better care of paying customers!

      Thankfully, I didn't purchase the annual plan.

      Well, the solution was to just forget about the money and sign up for Control D instead.

      It seems like Control D has more configuration options (than I need) but I think NextDNS is clearer and has a more efficient user interface.

      In no way can I, however, accept a company that charges your credit card but offer absolutely no support even when it comes to incorrect billing! (and it is too little money to involve the bank and go down that rabbit hole...)
