Configure client devices to use NextDNS

Hi there,

I've set up the NextDNS IP addresses on my router according to the instructions. Do I need to make any further configurations on the client devices, like Windows, Android, or Apple, that are connected to this network to ensure they use NextDNS for DNS name resolution.
