Routing issue to 45.90.28.24

Hi - I'm currently unable to access 45.90.28.24 or 45.90.30.24 due to a routing issue at twelve99.net. I am on AT&T / AS7018. Traffic appears to drop at this 62.115.126.251 from, cannot ping or access udp/53. I've attached a ping traceroute and a layer four traceroute. Issues began around 3am-7am PST with last log from my network created October 16, 2025 at 7:37:16 AM

    I am also having the same trouble on ATT fiber. Did you get this resolved?

       No, I have intermittent packet loss for hours / days at a time to this ASN. I no longer use NextDNS.

       I have been forced to find other solutions as well.
