Profiles are getting Deleted

My profiles got deleted today, created new one still got deleted after few hours.

I have created a new account and enabled 2FA , created a  profile which again got deleted in an hour

Did any one face this one? what is happening ? my Queries from past 15 days are not even 30% of limit.
