Does Rewrite stop working after hitting the free plan quota?

Hi everyone,
I have a quick question about the free plan limit. When the 300K query quota is reached, I know filtering and logging stop — but does the Rewrite feature also stop working at that point, or does it still apply?

    Oh, not sure about the rewrites but I would imagine it might not survive the quota cap. Rewrites could be considered as a form of filtering.
