NextDNS showing Google

I’m using a iPhone 11 with 14.4 iOS and I’ve downloaded and configured NextDNS native app on the iPhone. When I go to dnsleaktest(dot)com or browserleaks(dot)com, the results shows that I’m connected to NextDNS and Google is also showing up with multiple IP addresses.

Is this normal?
