Unable to Log in after password reset

Purchased a paid subscription to NextDNS, got everything all set up, and then was unable to login to my account several days later from a new computer. Did the password reset link, reset my password, and am STILL unable to log in using that new password and attempting to use the forgotten password function does not work any longer (no reset email).

Need some help getting this resolved, hopefully from someone that works at NextDNS.

    Make sure you use the same email you used during signup. If it still does not work, please send your account email as private message.

    Thanks Olivier - looks like the delay may have been on GMails end, got the new link, and reset worked. Thank you for your quick reply!

    I’m having the same issue today: unable to log in and I’m not receiving a password email reset link.

      Alex Rifman Ugh, disregard. I used a different email addy. Figured it out after 48 tries. (sorry!!)
