Charged for 21,90€ whereas invoice is 19,90€
Hi,
I subscribed to the annual plan of nextdns on 08/01.
The invoice amount I retrieved from the "my account" tab is 19,90€ but I was charged for 21,90€ (bank account extract attached).
I tried to reach billing@nextdns.io 08/04 but nobody answered so far...
I could use a little help to get back those extra 2€.

This is unbelievable : is there still anybody at NextDNS, since my email regarding a wrong bank debit has not been replied yet, 25 days later... I guess I will have to alert the competent authorities.

Nobody from NextDNS got in touch with me on this matter. As a telecom engineer for more than 30 years, I never saw such a pitiful customer service. So I just filled a fraud complain on the French DGCCRF website. Lets go this path then...

Hi, I was recently charged two times in few days for my annual nextdns subscription (19.90x2=39.80 euros).
I hope to have my money back, till now no answer from them.
