2FA suddenly stopped working

Hello together

I am a customer since May. But since I activated 2FA it works a few days, sometimes 1-2 weeks. Then suddenly my totp doesn't work anymore. Also the recovery keys do not work and I get the message "wrong token".
Did I miss something?

would be happy about a feedback

PS: I have not found a post in the search with a similar problem.

    It’s working fine for me right now.   TOTP problems are often an indication that your device clock is off by more than 30 seconds, but that shouldn’t affect the recovery code.

    Ok I will look out for that. I will activate 2FA again today.

    I will post an update here if 2FA does not work again.
