Block Newly Registered Domains - blocking established domains

Block Newly Registered Domains is toggled on and has been working great. However today numerous sites that are long established are being falsely identified as new and have been blocked. Examples:

Logs confirm that the NRD is the cause. Checking via WHOIS, the sites are not newly registered and are long established. Disabling NRD resolves the problem.

None of them were blocked for me, the first site functioned properly, for the second chrome just showed an HTTPS warning wasn't blocked just the website wasn't properly working, third one isn't blocked but simply doesn't load and doing a check on coolsites.co.uk through dnschecker.org shows that basically no IP is returned through the entireity of their test lookups around the world.

I'd say test it now if maybe something was broken and got fixed, it works for me.
