TLD blocking.

I have ".help" in my TLD blocking list.

However a website (.com) like https://help.airmailapp.com/ is blocked

when there is no issue to access https://help.nextdns.io/

What am i missing here?

    The domain "help.airmailapp.com" redirects to "custom.crisp.HELP" - TLD HELP
    "custom.crisp.HELP" blocks "help.airmailapp.com"

    You can solve this by whitelisting "help.airmailapp.com" or by whitelisting "custom.crisp.HELP".

    It explains it on the blockage, the arrow shows the CNAME or the domain that the site actually leads to.

    The website leads the requests of help.airmailapp.com to a third party service/site (most likely just guessing) and that sites domain is. custom.crisp.help that's why it's blocked, NextDNS uncloaks the domains and that's why it's blocked.

    @hey @servilo

    I should have mentioned I saw it, my bad  🤦🏻‍♂️

    However when investigated, I could not find any redirect/hidden address so I didn't understand where it came from. Also, when I look for this company I found that their link was "help.crisp.chat". So confusing... 🤷🏻‍♂️

      Pierre Cartier https://dnschecker.org/cname-lookup.php?query=help.airmailapp.com&dns=google it's a CNAME basically the same type that most sites use to bypass ad-block measures it leads you to a different domain but the main domain looks like it's hosted on your site, makes the entire process smoother.
