Low speeds on Android Private DNS while device id is on

This issue happens only while connected to wifi, never on mobile data. Not an ISP issue as my sim and internet provider are the same.  If I edit the URL in Android's private DNS to not send the device id, the issue goes away.

    Technically there is nothing that could explain a performance difference between passing device information or not. This is probably a red hearing.
