Xfinity Customer Support
Hi all -
New to NextDNS. Since configuring it on my network, I am having problems using my Xfinity app to check on the status of my modem/internet service. On my mobile app, I seem to be able to connect but XFinity cannot see my modem, and reports that it is not connected even though it is functioning properly. I have tried adding Xfinity to the allowed list but that has not solved the issue. What am I missing?
