Xfinity Customer Support

Hi all -

New to NextDNS. Since configuring it on my network, I am having problems using my Xfinity app to check on the status of my modem/internet service.  On my mobile app, I seem to be able to connect but XFinity cannot see my modem, and reports that it is not connected even though it is functioning properly.  I have tried adding Xfinity to the allowed list but that has not solved the issue.  What am I missing?

    I had to add a number of domains to the allow list to enable the xfinity app/website access. 

    The list includes:

    *.xfinity.com.edgekey.net

    *.comcastcom.d1.sc.omtrdc.net

    *.xfinity.com

    But this might not be the complete list as I might not have remembered all, but it's a place to start.
