Hello Creative30, first of all.. reporting this domain doesn't solve anything beside you add into your own denylist (more easier way rather than reported into blocklist maintainers because somehow they also have own activities), it'll be automatically get block.
If you want to block any proxy domains that you found, make sure you collect all the domains and then come to NextDNS metadata github then attach into issues columns
