icloud Can't locate my Macbook Pro.

Like the title says I can't locate my Macbook Pro, it shows offline even though I'm using it right now to browse that website. 

Also android apps show as pending and don't update on my android phone. 

I configured my Linksys ea7500 router with the dns from the setup instruction. 
4. In the DNS Servers list, remove all addresses (if any) then add 45.90.28.154 and 45.90.30.154.

I also tried whitelisting Apple and Google domains to resolve those issues but no luck yet. 

Any help is highly appreciated.
