Upgrade the version to 1.31.1 through the "nextdns upgrade" command

I found that the current version number released by github is 1.12.5 But I upgraded to 1.31.1 through the nextdns command. why? Which is the newest?

I ended up with 1.12.5:

> nextdns version nextdns version 1.12.5

But I did see 1.31.3 in the RSS feed with releases.

In fact, there were about 10 releases in a single day, which gives a bad impression.

Maybe 1.31.3 got retracted due to quality issues?
