Create labels for hosts adding to allow or denylist.

This would be a huge win!  I am currently keeping a list on the side of which Allowlist entries fixed which websites.  Every site breaks for something unique, so it would be nice to put notes in the NextDNS UI.  It would also be nice to be able to export the Allowlist so I don't lose the hard work!

That and the ability to group rules for Allowlist and Denylist.
