[Feature Request] Import/Export for Denylist/Allowlist/Rewrites

I have long lists and I would like to export to/import from a local text file.

The Denylist/Allowlist format can be as follows:

blocked.example.com
#disabled-blocked.example.com

For rewrites, the format can be as follows:

rewrite-ipv4.example.com    1.2.3.4
rewrite-ipv6.example.com    2001:db8::1234:5678
rewrite-cname.example.com    example.com

    this feature has been available for some time using the NX Enhanced pluguin 'https://github.com/hjk789/NXEnhanced'
