High ping DoH and DoTLS auto-selection

I'm using NextDNS on my Desktop PC (DoHTTPS) and my Android phone (Private DNS/ DoTLS). In both cases, NextDNS is selecting servers with high ping for DNS. A screenshot showing this is attached.

I would rather be routed to the anexia-dxb or vultr-sin server.

    Ended up switching to another DNS as the routing was terrible - which made it incredibly slow. There is no support team either so I didn't bother with the paid tier.

      DA Even that results in 200+ms ping. I would rather be router to Singapore or Dubai

      R P M When I leave my home and connect via Mobile data, anycast gives a ping result of over 200ms so can't use that either.
