Potential Bug with NextDNS app + Proton VPN and DNS leak tests

I use the nextdns app on my win10 laptop alongside proton vpn with netshield turned off. This setup has worked fine, and whenever I login to the nextdns it says I am connected to the expected profile. However, usually when I check dnsleaktest just to make sure no funny business is happening between the VPN and nextdns app (has happened to me when figuring out how to get these to work together in the past), the results have me confused.

There's only 1 server listed, which is a good thing I think, but the hostname and ISP fields are not the same as when I check using DoH through another browser, as shown in the images provided. Both tests were done while connected to the same server, so the VPN IP hasn't changed between them.

Is this normal behavior for the win10 app? When I fully turn off my VPN and the app and connect through my base router (which has NextDNS through linked IP), Choopa shows up as expected. I just want to make sure this is normal and not an actual dns leak. It doesn't feel like a leak to me since there is only 1 server, and the site tells me I'm still connected to the appropriate profile when the win10 app says I'm connected, but the apparent name change is strange to say the least.
