個人的に、DNSよりもVPNの方が使いやすいです
構成プロファイルは便利ですが、VPNタイプのものも用意していただけると有難いです。

私がフォーラムで見たものから、iOS上のNextDNSでWireguard構成をサポートする任意のVPNを使用できます。
You can use Wireguard Config on iOS to use it with NextDNS from what I've seen on the forums.
