NextDNS down

Hi, I am using nextDNS as a setting in our router. It worked fine until Yesterday nextdns was not available for hours - I could not resolve any address. Today it worked for a while and is down again. 

What is the way here to issue a ticket/ get nextdns to work reliable again?
