Windows 10 laptop takes up to 2min to unlock

I have installed and set up the nextdns windows 10 tool.
When I activate it, everything works perfectly, but when I lock the laptop with Windows+L and then unlock it again, it takes up to 2 minutes. With the nextdns client deactivated, everything runs normally. What could be the reason for this?
