Identify IPv6 Windows 11 device

Hi, I've been using NextDNS for a month now. I tried setting it up on my Windows 11 laptop. I added IPv4 as suggested on the setup page for "DNS over HTTPS." However, as my network supports IPv6 as well, I added IPv6 with a manual template, URL, and device identifier at the end. Unfortunately, the entries are still showing as unidentified devices. Can anyone please help me configure this so that they don't show as unidentified devices? Thank you!

    Same issue here. Not sure if it's a NextDNS or a Windows 11 issue.

    select after install nextdns as a provider and setup you profile.
