School website is blocked "This site can't be reached"

I have tried everything to get my school website to work but this message keeps appearing. I have put it on the allowlist and even disabled all security and privacy features but I cannot access my school site. The school website is Rvu.edu

    I am using windows 10. I also downloaded NextDNS on my iphone and when I turn it off I can access my school site but never on my computer.

    Try to check your network, I can still access the normal website while using NextDNS
