My account got deleted
Hi. I have subscribed to the personal plan and paid my monthly fees. The last payment was made in 24 August. Today I am unable to login my account. When I followed the instructions to reset the password, the email said my account no longer exists. I am sure the account credentials are correct. Please help.

are you sure you've logged into the correct place? I've made the same mistake a couple of times, logging into the help center instead of the actual account portal.
