Domain Generation Algorithms (DGAs) Protection Problem

the Domain Generation Algorithms (DGAs) Protection, Setting when enabled causes some youtube videos to endlessly buffer after a short duration of watch time "around 30 seconds" and i am assuming that it's because of a check server or cache server of some sort i suspect optimizationguide-pa.googleapis.com, jnn-pa.googleapis.com , are the culprit since they show up in the blocked domain tab.

the issue is resolved if i disable Domain Generation Algorithms (DGAs) Protection

i'd like to add that the issue appears to happen in Browsers " chrome" but im sure it would happen in other browsers too , doesn't seem to happen on android

    Same issue for me! Allowed the 

    jnn-pa.googleapis.com URL and the problem disappeared
