Device names not showing under Analytics

I'm using the NextDNS client app and have the "Report Device Name" checked on all my PC's, but they do not show in the Analytics page.  Only way to get it to work is to uninstall the app and reinstall.  It will work for a few days, then gone again.  Using Windows 10 and 11.  Any thoughts?
