Incorrect statistical values

Why does the statistics say I've initiated 3,200 requests this month, while at the top there's a banner saying I've initiated more than 300,000 requests and all functions are disabled? That's a complete rip-off. I definitely haven't sent over 300,000 requests. I request clarification.
