False positive: kagiproxy.com blocked by AI Threat Detection

While debugging why images weren't loading in my RSS feeds for Kagi News (example feed: https://news.kagi.com/world.xml), I found the cause to be kagiproxy.com being blocked. Adding a whitelist for myself was easy enough, but it might help others to modify the threat detection filter. Unless kagiproxy.com is actually doing some shady stuff that I don't know about, in which case, continue to block it.
