Bank 2FA Physical Passkey blocked

Hi, during certain banking operations on my bank I will be prompted to authenticate with a physical USB passkey that I set up. I have been using this for years without issue.

Recently, I started using NextDNS. With NextDNS enabled, the UI prompt to authenticate using the passkey does not appear in the browser. I do not see any blocked domains in the logs that look relevant, so I'm not sure how to debug this further. Does anyone have any tips on how to debug this? Right now my solution is to temporarily stop using NextDNS to complete the operation, which is not ideal.
