No Analytics For Newly Created Groups

About what it says in the subject - any new group created w/in shows no analytics for last 30, last 6 hours or beyond. Have added this to a router and a device to check and absolutely no telemetry. 

Existing groups in my account still reflect near real-time analytics.

    What's a "group?"    Do you mean Profile?   Do you have logging turned on?

    Sorry - yes, 'profile', in NextDNS parlance. And yes, logging is enabled.

       do you see anything in the logs?  The analytics are generated from the log data

       the analytics are generated from the logs.  If there are no logs, there won’t be any analytics.   Did you verify you are using the new profile?   You can view the status on the Setup tab.   Also verify that logs are enabled for the newly created profile (each profile has its own log settings).

       Thanks for this - Yes, I've verified logs are enabled, and I have verified as much as I can. This is added to a router, so it has the IP address from the new profile in the IPv4 and IPv6 areas (in this case, it's a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro). Devices show the correct DNS and gateway settings, but no telemetry and logs are coming through.
