IDN Homograph protection fails to block ķeepass.info

In this case, it's just a rick-roll. But, it should have been blocked. keepass.info is a high-value website with serious implications in the case of a successful attack.

    The domain does not resolve anymore apparently. IDN does only block when the domain resolves.
