False positive: AI-Driven Threat Detection is blocking koast.ai (legitimate SaaS)

AI-Driven Threat Detection is blocking koast.ai, a legitimate SaaS platform, and it is stopping real customers from reaching our app.

A NextDNS user confirmed the source: koast.ai was blocked by AI-Driven Threat Detection, and adding it to their personal allowlist immediately restored access. We need it cleared at the source so every NextDNS user is covered, not just one.

Why this is a false positive:

- Legitimate SaaS, live since December 2024 (domain created 2024-12-08).

- Clean on VirusTotal (0/91), Google Safe Browsing, and Cisco Talos (category SaaS and B2B).

- We recently migrated our CDN and rotated our TLS certificate. The engine appears to be reading the domain as newly appeared and flagging it as a new-domain threat, even though the domain and business are well established.

Request: please review koast.ai and remove it from AI-Driven Threat Detection, or add it to the global allowlist. Happy to verify domain ownership.
