NextDNS DNS servers stop responding to DNS and ICMP from my public IP

Hello,

I am having an issue where the NextDNS IPv4 resolvers assigned to my configuration stop responding from my network.

My public IP address is in this range:
177.44.181.xxx

Affected NextDNS resolver IPs:
45.90.28.xxx
45.90.30.xxx

When the problem happens, both DNS resolution and ICMP ping stop working. From my MikroTik/WinBox ping tests, I see very high packet loss, sometimes close to 100%.

During this period, clients using NextDNS lose DNS resolution. It looks like the NextDNS anycast resolvers stop being reachable from my source IP/network.

Could you please check if there may be any rate-limit, filtering, block, or routing/anycast issue affecting my network?

I can provide the full public IP, full resolver IPs, traceroute, DNS query tests, and timestamps privately if needed.
