High Latency in Azerbaijan (78-82ms)

 Azerbaijan Latency & Routing Issue (Azfibernet)

Reporting a suboptimal routing path from Azerbaijan. My traffic is currently being routed all the way to Amsterdam instead of closer regional nodes.

Here are the diagnostic details from `https://test.nextdns.io/` (IP addresses hidden for privacy):

ISP:Azfibernet (Azerbaijan)

Routed Server: vultr-ams-1 (Amsterdam)

Destination:** Anycast

Current Latency:** ~78ms - 82ms

Could the network engineering team please optimize the BGP/Anycast routing announcements for Azerbaijani ASNs so we don't get routed to Amsterdam (`vultr-ams-1`)? Competitors like AdGuard route us much closer, resulting in ~60ms or less.
