Are there any disadvantages to enabling all the block lists?

While I don't have all enabled yet, I have more enabled than necessary, and am wondering whether there are any disadvantages associated with just enabling all or as many as possible?

 

Does it impact speed, resolving time, CPU usage, network/data usage etc?

    None of the things you mentioned will be impacted. The only thing would be many more false positives being blocked and broken apps & webpages.

    I have personally moved to AdGuard Home (self hosted), but Adguard DNS is probably the simpler route (which I haven't actually tried, but I'm guessing it's an online version of Adguard Home)
