NextDNS Fails to Block Newly Added URLs

I've gathered a long list of URLs for my blocklist, with almost 48,000 entries. But when I try to add a new one, it doesn't seem to block anything anymore. How can I fix this?

DNS doesn’t use URLs. Besides, there’s no way to mass add your own

48,000? Use wild third-party with a good database or use your own or include wildcards for entries.
