iOS setup failure

hi, I have an ipad and iphone. Iphone setup works fine. the Ipad setup fails (test.nextdns.io gives 'status':' unconfigured') and my blocklists don't work.

I have followed the same setup processes on both devices - installation of the nextDNS app. additionally, for the ipad I installed a nextDNS profile. But still no joy.
