OpenWRT "hardened-privacy" problem

Hi,It is recommended to update openwrt's "luci-app-nextdns" with the remaining "hardened-privacy" on the page. Delete it.

As you suggested earlier, this feature has been abandoned, but there is an option in openwrt luci.
