Encountering severe performance issues with NextDNS

The last two days I have been getting severe performance issues with NextDNS on all of my devices. This is what the ping.nextdns.io site shows:

  oplink-hou                21 ms  (ultralow1)

■ vultr-dal                 29 ms  (anycast1)

  anexia-dal                error  (ultralow2)

  zepto-mci                 error

  smarthost-mci             error

  smarthost-den             error

  anexia-den                error

  vultr-atl                 error

  anexia-atl                error

  router-phx                error

anycast.dns2.nextdns.io error (anycast2)

I ran the diagnostic tool and submitted the results as well.  Please help get this resolved ASAP.

    I created a new profile and things so far are working normally again.  Ping test is much better now:

    ■ oplink-hou      19 ms  (ultralow1)

      anexia-dal      21 ms  (anycast2, ultralow2)

      smarthost-mci   21 ms

      vultr-dal       21 ms  (anycast1)

      vultr-atl       28 ms

      anexia-atl      33 ms

      zepto-mci       35 ms

      smarthost-den   40 ms

      router-phx      45 ms

      anexia-den      47 ms

     

    I would appreciate if someone could figure out why my original profile seemed to have run into issues.
