Incorrect Routing

I have a routing issue.  My VPN IP is in California but my DNS address is being routed to the U.K.  I'm not sure why that is, but I've run multiple tests to confirm it.  The screenshots of the results are attached.  This results in much slower load times.  Can I get this fixed?
